Deborah Pierro Amoroso, LICSW
Deborah Pierro Amoroso provides individual and group supervision to unlicensed clinicians and students from various colleges and universities. For over 30 years Deborah has worked in a variety of settings providing mental health services, including DCF, schools, outpatient clinics, and private practice.
Miss Marien L. Ayala García
Miss Marien L. Ayala García is a Puerto Rican mental health advocate and mindfulness practitioner with an M.S in Psychology and an M.S. in Healthcare Management. Miss Marien has, over the years, dedicated herself to the betterment of people’s mental and physical health, both young and old, and has received numerous certificates, including a certificate in Mental Health Target Case Management (AHCA) and a certificate in Child Abuse Support and Prevention. She’s currently a therapist working for Ferreras Counseling & Wellness Center, where she attends people of all ages and backgrounds.

Isabel Rosario
Isabel Roasrio’s passion is bringing healing to people who have been through difficult trauma and stressful experiences. These are people who continue to struggle in their life. She likes to educate and help her clients through severe life stressors, which can include education, trauma, and grief.

Carmen Fortuna
Carmen Fortuna offers bilingual psychotherapy (English and Spanish) for adults and couples. She graduated from Cambridge College in 2013, but has been in this field since 2011 as an intern and since 2013 as a clinician. She is currently working at Ferreras Counseling and Wellness Center offering her services as an individual and marriage therapist.

Byron McNeal, MHC
Byron McNeal, MHC, is a dedicated clinician at Ferreras Counseling & Wellness Center specializing in care for neurodivergent clients, LGBTQ+ individuals, and adolescents. He holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College and a BFA from UMass Lowell.
Byron integrates evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with trauma-informed, strengths-based, and creative approaches tailored to each person’s needs. As a neurodivergent man of color with autism and ADHD, he brings lived experience and cultural humility to his work, creating an affirming, accessible, and collaborative therapeutic environment.
He works with youth, teens, and adults to address anxiety, depression, identity development, executive functioning, and related concerns. Clients seeking treatment that honors neurodiversity, cultural identity, and creative expression will find a compassionate, skilled partner in Byron.
