Your First Session
The intake process lasts 60 minutes.
The intake process begins with a review of your history and an orientation to the way we work. Our clinicians will use a series of questions to pinpoint the area of concern. Establishing this foundation will guide the course of treatment.

Follow-up
Follow-up sessions are between 30 and 45 minutes.
We will continue to work together on an as-needed basis until the difficulties that brought you in for counseling have subsided, or until you feel better prepared to navigate the stresses in your life with more ease.

Group therapy sessions last 45 minutes.

Psychiatric Evaluation
Evaluations take 60 minutes.
A psychiatric evaluation begins with a review of your history and an understanding of the way we work. Our clinicians will use a series of questions to determine whether medications are right for you.

Medication Management
Follow-up medication management sessions are typically 15 minutes long.
We will continue to work together on an as-needed basis as long as you are on medication, helping you through potential changes and additions.

Cancellation Fee
We understand that life can get busy, and the unexpected happens, however, if you cancel within 24 hours of your session, we charge a $25 convenience fee.
